The thing that annoys me the most about having a jailbroken iPhone is having to re-install all of the jailbroken software when an upgrade comes out.  

If I could have one wish from the iphone dev team, it would be to add the ability to upgrade the firmware on an already jailbroken iphone without having to re-install everything.  That would be nirvana considering the rate at which new firmware is flying out of Cupertino.</description>
