In Memoriam: George Carlin, 1937-2008.

How appropriate that for a man who changed the use of language on our airwaves, I have no words to express the gratitude towards his genius.
To George, a man who provided some of the finest humor of the twentieth century and redefined what was obscene and what was not.

While Amy and I were getting ready for work this morning, it literally stopped us both in the middle of our routines.
It is indeed a sad day.

He made me laugh a lot. I disagree with a lot of his opnions, and political leanings, but that was one funny son of a bitch…

One of my all-time favourite George Carlin one-liners will always be: “Twenty-one die in a twenty-one gun salute.”
And I loved the dog stories.
RIP, funny man.
