So, guess who’s coming out.

It’s been a long-standing open secret that Neal Patrick Harris was a star batter for the other team. His role in Harold and Kumar Go To White Castle was specifically meant to make fun of that secret, in point of fact. Recently, with his star-reviving role as “Barney” on How I Met Your Mother (A role for which the dude seriously needs some Emmy lovin’) the rumors started to fly outside of Hollywood that the guy might, just might in fact be (GASP!!!) a closeted homosexual. After a year of “Is he or isn’t he,” I guess the guy decided now was the right time to come on out and join in the open sexuality reindeer games.

Now, is it a big deal? Not really. Dude’s always been a pretty decent actor, and all this means is there is a new nuance to his role as Barney. Still, good for him. Any time you figure out what makes you happy in this world, so long as you aren’t hurting anyone else it’s all good.

Still, the whole “snorting coke off of a stripper’s ass” thing was fricking hysterical in Harold and Kumar.
