You don’t have to be an insane person to murder someone. Join the military and you’re paid to do it. People are put into extreme circumstances every day. Sometimes those extreme circumstances cause someone to snap. Someone who is completely sane, knows the difference between right and wrong.

But here’s the rub. What is right and wrong? Are you afraid of the consequences or afraid of the truth that you would not feel remorse in your actions? Most people would say they could never do it. But deep down, if you ask someone the question “if you could eliminate the person you despise the most without consequences, without legal ramifications would you?”

That person would answer “yes.” On the inside. “No.” On the Outside. Of course some of us are more suited to it than others; maybe have a predisposition to putting morals and ethics aside. Ask yourself, are you more afraid of truth or consequences?
