NEW YORK (Reuters) - Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Inc. (NYSE:KKD - news) on Thursday said federal regulators are investigating the doughnut chain’s repurchase of franchises as well as its recently lowered earnings outlook.

Federman & Sherwood announces that a securities class action lawsuit was filed against Netflix (NASDAQ: NFLX) On July 22, 2004, the class action lawsuit was filed in the Northern District of California against Netflix. The complaint alleges violations of federal securities laws, Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5, including allegations of issuing a series of material misrepresentations to the market which had the effect of artificially inflating the market price.
Basically, they want something for nothing.
